Now, in one of the most exciting pieces of Britney news we've ever heard, reports are claiming that the pop princess has been lined up to appear at the MTV Europe Music Awards, which only take place over here in the ruddy UK! The star-studded event, which will be hosted by the Cherry Chapstick-loving Katy Perry, will be held at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on 6 November – and it's looking likely that Britney will be there. An insider said, "Given Britney’s comeback there would be no one better to attend the awards. After shining at the VMAs, Britney would definitely spice things up in Liverpool." Britney Spears! In this country? Screeeam! Can you even begin to imagine the mayhem on the streets of Liverpool? It would be so a-mazing if Britney did pay us a visit, and we think seeing how much support she has over here first hand would definitely boost her confidence.
